Infinite®The M1000 Pro is the latest high-end 4-grating multifunctional microplate detector from Tecan, Switzerland, featuring AlphaScreen and AlphaLISA technologies that will never go out of style. This product adopts a specialized design, equipped with the highest quality components and detection modules, ensuring the best stability and innovation of the product, and has met the maximum detection needs in drug development, life sciences, and other research fields. Infinite®M1000 Pro in Infinite®200 and Infinite®On the basis of the F500 series detection system, new technology has been adopted, making it the high-performance Safire2 of Diken ™ Another flagship product after the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) reader.
Highly flexible board type selection
Infinite®The M1000 Pro ELISA reader can provide a wide range of plate types and detection modes for selection. It can support conventional 6-well to 1536 well microporous plates that comply with ANSI/SBS standards, as well as Diken's unique NanoQuant microplate suitable for micro detection applications in light absorption and fluorescence modes.
New detection technology: AlphaScreenAnd AlphaLISA
The new generation Infinite®The M1000 Pro ELISA reader is equipped with a high-energy laser light source and filters specifically designed for AlphaScreen and AlphaLISA, and offers high-performance AlphaScreen and AlphaLISA detection technology with innovative temperature correction capabilities. Infinite®The M1000 Pro enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) reader is an outstanding multifunctional microplate detector from Tecan that can perform full wavelength scanning in light absorption, fluorescence intensity, and luminescence detection modes.
Ultra fast wavelength scanning in light absorption and fluorescence detection modes for maximum optimization of experiments
Infinite with excellent four grating technology®The M1000 Pro ELISA reader can easily perform wavelength scanning on special or unknown samples within a wide wavelength range. Four light absorption detection channels and a fast scanning mode ensure the possibility of high-speed scanning.
3D Scanning: Detection of Unknown Compounds
In addition to fluorescence scanning, Infinite®The M1000 Pro can also provide 3D scanning functionality. Its powerful functions can help researchers identify changes in the spectra of fluorescent probes. The combination of 3D scanning function and Magellan software with powerful analytical capabilities can create a vivid three-dimensional presentation of the fluorescence spectral characteristics of the same sample in a short period of time.
New luminous scanning function
Infinite®The newly added luminescence scanning function of M1000 Pro uses an emission grating to perform emission spectrum scanning and full recording of stable luminescence signals in 1nm steps.
Unrestricted: high flexibility, high sensitivity, high detection speed
flexibility
The patented four grating technology enables the excitation grating and emission grating to independently adjust their fine bandwidths. The optimized bandwidth adjustable function has improved the sensitivity of the instrument, especially in various experiments such as fluorescence resonance energy transfer.
Flicker frequency
Infinite®The M1000 Pro's patented adjustable flicker frequency system provides maximum flexibility for fluorescence testing.
sensitivity
Due to its excellent four grating technology, Infinite®The M1000 Pro can achieve unparalleled sensitivity (please refer to performance parameters). For the highest signal strength, the detector has an automatic gain function to ensure the effective use of the detector's full dynamic range during the detection process. The bandwidth adjustable technology ensures that the instrument can control the total brightness irradiated onto the fluorophore based on its characteristics in fluorescence intensity mode.
Z-axis optimization
The Z-axis adjustable function greatly enhances the quality of detection. This feature makes it easier for the instrument to set different experimental parameters, such as low sample sizes or different hole shapes.
speed
Infinite®The series of features of M1000 Pro achieve ultra-high detection speed without sacrificing high sensitivity. It can provide four channel parallel absorption spectrum scanning function. For fluorescence intensity detection mode, high-speed recording of excitation spectra, emission spectra, and endpoint signals is performed in fast scanning mode (400Hz). Infinite in Fluorescence Polarization Measurement®The M1000 Pro can quickly switch the direction of polarized light.
On the fly measurement mode
Infinite®The M1000 Pro's rapid measurement mode is the fastest detection.
application
Infinite®The M1000 Pro supports various microplate based detection assays, including biomolecule screening, enzyme assays (including kinase and protease assays), G protein coupled receptor (GFCR) assays, receptor ligand binding studies, and other intermolecular interaction assays, cell-based assays, DNA/RNA quantification assays, and other UV based fluorescence assays.
AlphaScreenAnd AlphaLISAHigh sensitivity detection
The new Infinite®The M1000 Pro ELISA reader is equipped with a high-energy laser light source and filters specifically designed for AlphaScreen and AlphaLISA. In addition to advanced optical path modules, Infinite®The M1000 Pro enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) analyzer has a unique in well temperature correction function to compensate for the differences in results caused by temperature changes between wells.
AlphaScreen and AlphaLISA high-sensitivity detection
AlphaScreen is a homogeneous microsphere based testing technique used to detect interactions between biomolecules. The molecule specifically bound to AlphaScreen microspheres for research forms an energy transfer from the donor microsphere to the acceptor microsphere under excitation light at a wavelength of 680nm, ultimately resulting in an extremely amplified luminescence signal in the wavelength range of 520-620nm. The AlphaLISA assay is designed as a sandwich or competitive enzyme immunoassay to detect target analytes in biological samples. At 680nm, the excitation light excites the donor microspheres to produce reactive oxygen species ions, which trigger the acceptor microspheres to undergo an amplification reaction that produces a detectable luminescence signal at 615nm.
